BOB HOMES & INFRASTRUCTURE is a partnership established on 8 July 2026 by Nitin Panwar, Ankit Jakhetia, and Ankur Rathi. Based in Suddhowala, Dehradun, our business is focused on homes, building, and infrastructure.
As a new builder in Dehradun, we’re at the beginning of our story. Our priorities are clear: understand the requirements, think carefully about the details, and make room for straightforward communication.
